  1. I’d share a cuppa with my husband Steven, we celebrate 10yrs together this year!
I’d have a cup of tea & he’d have a coffee. We once argued over him having a coffee while I did a flitting! He’d popped into the florists for celebratory flowers but they weren’t ready so he had a coffee (he’s a funeral director-all the florists know him!) he kissed me when he came home & I said angrily “you’ve had coffee!”
    Bless him!

  2. My husband – I have to say that because if I was lucky enough to win and I have 2 beautiful GK mugs to add to my collection he can only feel like an absolute heel if he moans about the increase in number….

  3. My other half, who insists I’m his ‘rock’, has had an absolute rollercoaster of a year (which is ongoing) and despite all the chaos, he still mellows instantly into his cheery self whenever a cup of tea is made and a wee treat shared. Total softie.

    1. I think we all are really Jocasta! Sending best vibes to you both and hoping the chaos lessens soon…

  4. If I could choose anyone to share a cuppa with it would be my dad. He’d have coffee, black and as many sugars he could get away with. He died in 2010 and we all miss him, I’d love to tell him how his grandchildren are growing up.

  5. I’d share a cuppa with my old flatmate who moved to France 5 months ago. We were both tea fanatics and had a glass-fronted cabinet full of different types of tea. I miss having some tea and a chat with her!

    1. Tea lovers! I also have a giant kitchen cabinet full of every type of tea under the sun. People mock me but I know the value of having exactly the right tea for the occasion!!

  6. I would share a cuppa with my Grandpa – he’d take a coffee (2 sweeteners and a splodge of milk) and I’d have a tea. I always enjoy his company. He’s the most interesting person I know. He’s never short of a great story – whether he’s telling me about cycling the lengths of Britain and hosteling with friends, in his youth, before meeting my Gran; showing me old photo albums filled with images taken during his National Service or even reminiscing about old family holidays up to Grannies Heiland Hame with his young family. This man has never lived an unfulfilled day in his life. 84-years-old: a true life adventurer and great story teller. We’d probably need a couple of refills, too!

  7. I’d share a cuppa with my wife, been married for 5 years, she’s Scottish and I’m
English, but our love of tunnocks crosses that division! Plus her last GK mug cracked from thermal shock, so she’d love a surprise replacement!
